Thread: Acer Aspire One Skins anytime soon?

Got a Acer Aspire One I'd love to skin so curious if any skins will be coming for these? If so any time frame?

There are no plans for Acer Aspire One Skins at the moment but you can consider our selection of Laptop Skins at iStyles / Computing / Laptop | Premium Fashion Accessories for iPhone, iPod, PSP, Nintendo, Blackberry, Treo, Gaming Consoles and more as they will work with your laptop. You just have to cut the Skin down to size using a razor and the extra remaining bits can even be used to line the other parts of your laptop.

I was about to ask the same thing. Well here is my next question. How is the sizing on the 900 series eee pc as compared to the Acer aspire one. I have the 700 EEE pc and love my skin. MY BF would like one for his aspire

The 900 series EEE PC has roughly the same physical footprint as the 700 series, but as the Skins have to be cut precisely to fit, there have slightly different cut lines. We do support the 900 and 901 and the product selection can be made in any of the EEE Skins product page before adding the product to the shopping cart.

As of now, it is still possible to support the Aspire but only through the generic Skins in the Laptop Skins section where you will have to trim the Skin down manually, but there is a wider selection of designs to choose from and the trimming and positioning of the Skin can make the presentation truly unique to yourself.

There are no plans to support the device specifically because of the high entry cost for each device (eg, have to buy device, design cut line, test) unless there is sufficient demand for it.
