Thread: Ipod touch protection

Hi,

I have a question, because i have an Ipod Touch and i really like this site with skins. But i really like to protect my Ipod Touch screen. Can i use the Iphone screen protector for this job? Because the Ipod touch screen is (almost) the same size as the Iphone? I hope you can help me

Hi, unfortunately, the iPhone screens are slightly different from that of the iPod Touch screen. The Skins will however work with any protector available in the market - just apply the protector first. We'll only have silicon screen protectors for the iPod touch towards the last quarter of January.

Now i've found some Screenprotectors specialy for the iPod Touch, but these cover the 'Whole' front of the iPod Touch.

If i apply that protector, can I put the iStyle skin over it ( and remove it later without the loss of my protector) ?

Yup, the Skins can be applied over the screen protector even if the protector covers the whole front. However, removing the skin after that may or may not damage the protector - it really depends on the quality of the protector as there're some really flimsy stuff out there. If it's a hard protector, it's not likely to be affected whatsoever by the removal of the skin.
