i bought a skin. and i pay 9.99. but thats not seeings in order history and its still seeing shopping cart. whats goin on? i dont understand anything

the worldpay is sends me a e-mail and it says i pay this.


when im buying that item ive not saw the finished page. when i pay that returns to the payment info page. i think i faced some problems. pleasesend my item.

note: i have a "Merchant's cart ID" and another infos.

Hi actasci, your order was indeed not captured on our system. This might have happened either because of a Internet communication failure or because the checkout was not completed properly. I checked your payment status and it might have been the latter because of two refused transactions.

One payment did get through though and we have algorithms in place to catch such 'missed' orders and we will recreate them manually, as I did for yours.
