Thread: Managing multiple iPods in same household on one computer!

How do I manage multiple iPods and their libraries within the same household on one computer? My 14 year old and now my 12 year old both have an ipod. Any help in teaching me how to manage each of their music libraries on one computer will be great.

Each iPod will be identified as a different device when you plug them into iTunes. Create two playlists, maybe "Sam's Music" and "Bob's Music". Plug either iPod to your computer, click on the iPod icon in iTunes, click on the Music tab and associate the playlist to this iPod. Repeat the same steps but with a different playlist for the other iPod.

All music added to the playlist will also appear in the associated iPod.

Do note that you can only have one library on the same computer.
