Thread: Skins with opening for apple icon & future customization

Is it possible to make the skins available with the apple icon cut out for the MacBook? Many Mac users prefer to show the lighted apple rather than cover it up.

Will you be offering customizable skins in the future? Where users can upload photos and you can make a custom skin from it. Just wondering. Thanks!

Thank you for the feedback about the MacBook logo but our Skins will not come with such a cutout because it will be disruptive to a number of the designs.

The glow of the Apple logo will be visible slightly through the Skin under dim light conditions, which makes for a more interesting presentation (depending on who you ask of course).

We do not currently have customization options but hope to be able to offer such a feature in the future.

I agree with xintos, most of apple users likes to show apple logo. I think if its possible to do custom designs that can have the apple logo cut out, that would would be great.
