Your digitizer is faulty and you should bring it back to Palm for servicing. If you warranty has expired and you cannot bear to part with your Palm, get a software such as AutoDigi5 for a temporary fix.
Alternative, bring it down to a 3rd party Palm service centre such as PDA Concept (http://www.pdaconcept.com) for servicing.
