Aun,
First, let me say I LOVE the concept of the application and for user-initiated power-up situations, it seems fairly tight. I'm running your app on a Palm Treo 650 SmartPhone. I have the first BlueKey BT Device set to be my Sony-Ericsson HBH-300 headset.
Unfortunately, I'm seeing a LOT of instances where the PDA wants to wake-up on its own causing a lock-up in the BlueKey app. It seems to usually freeze on the locked screen, after the first icon changes color to blue but before the "attempting-to-connect" indicator starts circling the first BT icon. These specific examples begin with the SmartPhone being locked with BlueKey.
1) When I press the Action button on the headset (this typically will wake-up the phone and show a connection being initiated and terminated immediately) the BK is active, but the PDA is locked-up.
2) If I get an incoming call, the Phone alert is displayed, but the PDA is locked up, preventing answering.
3) If I'm using PdaReach (www.junefabrics.com) to remote control the PDA and I turn off the screen via the 'power button', the BlueKey locks the device as anticipated; however, upon attempting to turn the PDA back on via PdaReach's power button, the app hangs BEFORE coloring the first icon blue...
Additionally, the app does not appear to be able to utilize the 5-way navigation pad.
I realize you don't have a smartphone to test on, but I thought you might be able to "mentally debug" the symptoms, knowing your SW as you undoubtedly do.
Thanks in advance,
Jim
