Thread: Bluekey won't lock

Bluekey won't lock my Treo 650 -- at least not always.

When I set it to lock an application and lauch that application, I see the "Bluekey Launching..." screen, and then the application just runs. (My bluetooth device is off.)

When I set Bluekey to lock my Treo 650 after a specific interval nothing happens.

I've also tried the lock at preset time, and that doesn't work, either

Bluekey will lock my Treo using the Power Off option, but that's the only time I'm actually able to get Bluekey to function.

Is there something I can do to get Bluekey to work with all options? I'm using version 2.22, the trial version.

Do you have any other security applications running in the background?

I have mSafe, but turned it off (best I could) while experimenting with Bluekey.
