Thread: Unsecure!

I did not complete the payment because the web site in not secure. When I went to put in the credit info, the page wasn't secure.

Our payment processing is done by either PayPal or WorldPay depending on the user's selected option. Both payment processors are secure. PayPal is secured by a 256 bits Verisign SSL certificates and WorldPay by a 256 bits Thawte SSL certificate. On our side, when you perform tasks that involves your private information, such as during the user registration and the checkout, the pages are secured by 256 bits GeoTrust SSL certificates. All these certificates are big brand certificates with the highest level of encryption. I've just done a check and all the SSL pages are working fine. Where (exactly) did you encounter this unsecure page?

Whenever you see that little lock at the bottom status bar of your browser, you know that the page is secure and you can double click on the icon for more details. I'll be closing this support thread. Do start a new thread or reopen this one if there are still issues.
