    Unhappy Nano skin fit

Wow, I just got my long-awaited skin for the new Nano (2nd gen) and it doesn't fit at ALL!

The "screen protector" I ordered is about 0.5 mm too large on all sides, so it doesn't press down onto the screen properly. And the skin itself - well. It's short by at least 1 mm on the top, so that the green surface of my ipod shows - since the skin I bought is the pink-and-brown argyle, this is hideous - and the wrap is short by 4 or 5 mm on each side.

This is horrible - and as I haven't seen any other complaints like this, I'm assuming you sent me the wrong skin, somehow? I followed all the application directions to the letter, so I know it's not me. You can see all the problems I'm talking about here:

That's because you bought a nano 1st Gen Skin and you're using it on a nano 2nd Gen.

I checked your order (order 17154) and it was for a nano Skin. You can verify this on the invoice that you've received as well. The Skin you purchased was from Argyll iPod nano Skin . You should have purchased Argyll iPod nano 2nd Gen Skin instead.

The corresponding screen protector that you've received is also for the nano 1st Gen. This 1st Gen screen protector has since with replaced with a newer nano 2nd Gen screen protector for the store orders but we still bundle them with orders for the nano 1st Gen Skins as they were designed for the nano 1st Gen after all. The nano 1st Gen Silicon Screen Protectors are slightly larger than the nano 2nd Gen protectors.

Thanks for understanding and for going on to purchase the 2nd Gen Skin. The nano 2nd Gen Skin will be the perfect fit that you're looking for.
