    Angry Order not recieved!!!!

    I placed Order #16657 on November 19th 2006 and it was shipped on the 20th.

    I still have not recieved the Order!

    Your package should indeed have arrived by now as we shipped it on 20 Nov. I've replied to your e-mail to verify your shipping address.
