Thread: Shipping from the US?

I saw the press release about your new US shipping facility (congrats, btw!) and I went to place an order, but the only options I saw were still worldwide (from Singapore).

Do I just need to wait a bit, or is there a problem with existing accounts? Or do I need to do something different?

Thanks for checking out our site out again. I've had a look at your account and found that you were trying to place an order for a iPod Video Silicon Overlay. The USA shipping options did not appear because only the Skins can be shipped from USA. The other products still have to go through Singapore and the USA shipping options will only appear when there are Skins in the shopping cart.

I noticed too that you're a return customer and have e-mailed you with a special 10% discount code that all our return customers enjoy.
