Thread: Feedback - TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT

my previous orders are excellent. yet, for this time, when i opened the package: DARN! The Acme Bird Seeds iPod nano 2nd Gen Skin, Absolute Hirst iPod nano 2nd Gen Skin, Juicy iPod mini Skin and Dawn iPod nano 2nd Gen Skin are not correctly printed on the sticker. They are in one piece - that means, i have to seperate the skin into 2, each for the front and back? And what worse is, the Juicy iPod mini Skin isn't in the correct position. it is inclined to the right side...

Everything is so wrong for this purchase. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED. Hopefully suggestions on HOW I SHOULD CUT THEM INTO TWO professionally, which i supposed the seller will actually do that for me.

If needed, I don't mind scan the sticker to you.

No! Don't cut the skins! The nano 2nd Gen skins are supposed to be one piece designs that wrap all around the iPod nano 2nd Gen!

Your first order was for iPod Video Skins and these are two piece designs. Your second order was for the nano 2nd Gen skins and these are one piece designs which is correct. Don't cut them. They're supposed to wrap around your iPod nano 2nd Gen.

If you're using the iPod nano 1st Gen, then you've bought the wrong series of skins. The nano 1st Gen has box like edges and comes in only black and white while the nano 2nd Gen has curved edges, an aluminum body and comes in various colors.

If you bought the wrong skins, do contact us for an exchange, but the exchange is not going to be valid if you return them sliced in half, so please do not cut the skins.

I suspect that it may be the same issue for the Juicy iPod mini Skin, but what do you mean by 'inclined to the right side'? The iPod mini Skins, like the iPod nano 2nd Gen Skins, are one piece designs that wrap around the iPod mini. The main artwork for this design appears on the right of the one piece design but it should wrap and align nicely on the back like the below picture:

I understand the shock if you imagined that the skins are supposed to be in two pieces but a one piece wrap around design is actually much better as it covers much more of the device. We're not able to wrap around the iPod Video (for example) nicely and that's why they're in two piece designs.

I assume that all is all right now and will proceed to close this thread.
