iPod 4G Economical Screen Armour/Silicon Screen Protector

    Hi

I would like to enquire if either of the above-mentioned screen protectors can be applied to the iPod after I have already applied an iSkin ? I suppose normal procedures would be to apply the screen protector frist before the skin ? Or are your screen protectors cut exactly to fit the size of the screen cut-out of the iSkin ? Deeply appreciate assistance in this issue from the site admin.

    Jay

Hi Jay, you'll have to apply the screen protector first before applying the skin for the 4G iPods. The cutting for the screen is slightly larger for the 4G iPods for a better presentation and it will overlap the screen protector.

Hmm, I have already applied my iSkin already, in this case what should I do ? Can I remove the iSkin and reapply it after applying the screen protector ? Will the iSkin still be reusable after I remove it ?

In this case, don't remove the skin. Just apply the screen protector on top of whatever you've applied. It's generally difficult to remove the skin properly without damaging the skin and this is especially so if the skin has been left on the device for some time. The repositionability of the skin only works during the application process and if the skin has been left on the device for a few weeks or even a couple of days, attempts to remove the skin is likely to result in a stretched (damaged) skin.
