Thread: Istyles Sleeve does not fit 4G iPod !!!

I just purchased an iStyles sleeve for iPod, iPhone & Treo but it does not fit my 4th generation iPod despite claims on your website that it does. I am very displeased with this. Please verify my order (Order Number 23857). You guys claim that this product will fit a 4G iPod but it is simply too small to even go in, I am not even talking aobut tight fit !!! I hope you guys can sort this out. Otherwise I may have to seek alternative avenues to seek redress.

I'm sorry to hear that the "Princess Sparkle iStyles Sleeve for iPod, iPhone and Treo" that you purchased did not fit your 40GB 4th Gen iPod. The 40GB 4th Gen iPod is the largest size among the devices that the sleeves were designed to fit and the fitting will thus be pretty tight, but it will still go in.

We've just tested a couple of random samples of the Princess Sparkle case that we have in the store and they fit a 40GB 4th Gen iPod (see attached).

It is possible that the case that you have might be very slightly smaller as all these cases are handmade and may vary slightly. Just push the iPod in hard and it will fit fine after a few times. If you are absolutely sure that the iPod will not go in, please send the case back to us at the following address and we will send you a replacement sleeve that was tested to fit.
