Thread: u cancled & refunded wrong order

requested canclation of an order placed 7/28/07 everything was great untill i received refund for my 2nd order placed on 7/29/07. waiting for reply and solution.

My apologies, I thought that you wanted to cancel your latest order because your daughter changed her mind as you sent in the cancellation request just moments after you placed the new order.

I understand now why you were concerned about the discount coupon. This discount coupon is only applicable for return customers and does not apply to your new order if you cancel the old one.

It is thus correct to cancel the new order and I've edited the order that's still being processed for a LS-DRAGON instead, which was what your daughter wanted in her new order.
