Thread: Razr V3m skin

Hey, I specifically asked in the pre-sales forums if the back skin for the Razr came in two pieces, because it appeared to be one piece in the picture (Superstar Razr skin). I was reassured that the Razr template came in two pieces for the back. Unfortunately, I just received my skin and the back is one solid piece, preventing the removal of the battery cover. I'm disappointed in the misrepresentation of this product after specific questioning. Is there a way for me to return this product for free? If I have to pay for return shipping, its not worth the cost to me.

Sorry for the misrepresentation. I was and am still under the impression that the battery cut is separate as can be seen in the template at http://forum.istyles.com/local_links...id=1&linkid=18 . We'll investigate the issue further.

The back skin for the RAZR initially came in two pieces in the early days but now comes in only one piece. The different RAZR models (v3, v3i, v3m, etc) all have different battery openings making it necessary to make a single piece for the back. You can still flip open the battery cover with the skin attached.

A full refund was processed for your order as you made it based on my statement that the back came in two pieces.
