We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that some products cannot (due to international laws or patent protections) be shipped to international destinations and we will indicate as such in the product description.

Calculating Cost

Shipping costs depends on the weight of the order, shipping method selected, shipping origin and shipping destination. This will be calculated when you checkout your shopping cart.

Delivery Time

The shipping time varies depending on the shipping method chosen. The shipping methods available depends on the products purchased, availability of the products at the respective warehouses and shipping destination. The website will automatically determine the shipping methods available based on the various factors and present them accordingly in the Shipping section of the checkout process.

USPS First-Class Mail®

Packages are shipped from Lewes, Delaware and the delivery time is typically about five to nine business days^*.

Packages are shipped from Singapore. The delivery time typically takes about 6 to 12 working days depending on how the package is routed through the various postal systems. The package will be delivered into your mail box.

Dual-ship

Dual-ship shipping methods are a combination of two of the above shipping methods where orders are fulfilled by shipments from two different warehouses. The details will be presented accordingly in the shipping page.

Returns and Exchanges

• You have to inform us at within 7 days of receipt of goods if you intend to return/exchange.
• Please include the invoice in your return package, marking the items that you would like a refund for.
• Items must be unused and in the original brand-new condition.
• Refunds will be rejected for damaged goods. These goods will simply be discarded.
• Shipping charges are not covered by the refund policy. Cost such as postage, packaging material, logistics and packing services were incurred in the shipment of the package and all these consitute to the shipping charges.
• If the order was shipped under a free shipping promotion, a US$5 fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the shipping charges.

• Exchanges are subject to the availability of stock and the replacement item will be dispatched within 3 working days upon receipt of returned item. All shipping charges (for return and reshipping) and a nominal handling charge will be bore by the customer.
• For exchanges, the exchange items will be mailed within 3 working days upon receipt of returned item, subject to the availability of stock. All shipping charges (for return and reshipping) will be bore by the customer.
