Would just like to give any potential customers a heads up that after you place an order this company makes you confirm your purchase by email. Unfortunately the emails go to junk mail so I never got my order, which I paid $20 to rush ship in time for Christmas. Will not be ordering from them again!

We're sorry that you did not have a good experience. Most other orders are processed immediately (1 to 2 days production turnaround) but we manually verify orders that contain any of these products: Skins for LifeProof/OtterBox cases or Guitar Heros.

Lets face it, not everyone reads the product description. Enough customers were confused over these products and thought that they were purchasing LifeProof cases, OtterBox cases or the actual Guitar Hero controller such that we now manually check with customers who purchase these products before proceeding. It's more work for us but we rather check than simply ship them a product that they were not expecting and make them go through the return process.

We're sad that this did not work out for you - we sent you three emails over the course of 4 days and were waiting for your response. If you got back to us earlier, your order would have made it for Christmas. Your order was cancelled and refunded in full as per our correspondence.
