    I The customer am not at all happy with the order of a sony ericsson skin which after 2 attempts was still wrong and didn't fit the phone I am not only out of pocket twice and have no phone skin Very poor result and I won't be ordering from Istyles again.

    We're sorry to hear that the new Skin did not fit. Your first order 129194 was for a "Xperia X10" Skin but that did not fit your "Xperia X10 mini" as the "mini" is slightly different. Your second order 129559 was for the correct "Xperia X10 mini" Skin but if it did not fit, it means that you are not using a Xperia X10 mini, your device is some other variant, or the warehouse sent you the wrong Skin.

    Was "Xperia X10 mini" printed on the new Skin? Was this Skin different from the original "Xperia X10" Skin that you received or are the two Skins identical?

    Can you send us photos of your device, photos of the label in your phone that shows the model number and photos of both Skins? Photos can be sent to [email protected] . If this was caused by a mistake at the warehouse, we will get the proper Skin reshipped to you at no additional cost. If you have a different device, we can help you to determine the model of your device.

    Poor, the thing did not even fit my machine. I ordered a ps3 cover and it was like out of shape and unproportional. like... if the machines dimensions are 10in x 13in. the cover they sent me was like 9in x 15in, so the cover did not cover all of one dimension but hung over another... this is really frustrating because it is not like I can put the sticker back on its film and send it back… Not even the portion of the cover that was suppose to crop around the (on/off/eject) buttons were the right size and or shape... both off the buttons on my machine are circles and the cut out in the cover they sent me that was suppose to go over the eject shaped like an arrow… i guess this is a learning experiance. fool me once.

    You should have gone for this Skin instead of what you ordered.

    I said I would buy a skin for my MacBook Pro 13' Unibody and I did. The colors were incredibly brilliant. I only wish that I could have done a more decent job of applying the cover to the outside shell-I got little pockets of air stuck underneath and when I went to readjust it, it only stretched out the skin some. On the other hand, the inner skin for the keypad worked just fine. The sizing was off my centimeters and I managed to apply it so that not all of the microphone and power button were covered up. Otherwise, I only wish they could make a skin for the back shell as well!

    I love how many different designs they have available for so many different devices. Even the pickiest person will be able to find something they like here. I just wish I had more devices that I could skin!!

    Customer service was a PLUS since I had planned to order a skin for my mom's new computer and didn't realize that May 14th for them was really May 13th for me. I was disappointed but they extended the availability of the discount for Mom's day and I was able to purchase for her a beautiful Thomas Kinkade scene to apply to her computer. By far, iStyles has the BEST customer service I have dealt with in a very long time!

    I love the skin I bought for my chromebook and phone. I was presently surprised by the skin for the charger. I have ordered from other websites before that are more expensive and that only cover the outer part of the laptop. iStyles includes the skin for the outer part of the laptop as well as the inside where the touch pad is and now for the charger as well. Definitely buying more skins for my other gadgets.
