Item arrived bent, I did get it on but has a bumpy area! They ask for photos but when you look at a photo it does not show you how it feels! And looks in real life!! I strongly agree it is a good product and would protect! But when companies stall In a replacement, it just delays the RIGHT of what should be. True wasn’t company fault as was marked “do not bend” but still was bent and material stretched! But I was treated like I should accept that and use anyway! Satisfaction was not given so satisfaction has not been felt!!

Thank you for your understanding that the damage to the package was caused by the postman, not us. It is amazing that he/she can still blatantly fold the envelope despite the cardboard packaging and very prominent "do not bend" sticker.

As per our email correspondence, we suggested applying the Skin as the Skin material itself is extremely resistant (and flexible), and any 'damage' on the Skin is just on the paper backing card and not on the Skin itself. Any ceases on the Skin can be easily smoothed out to perfection during application - the Skin is only properly damaged if it is cut or stretched.

If the Skin was badly damaged and this damage is still visible after application, we requested in our email correspondence that you send us photos. You do not have to return the damage product (as is the standard policy for any other company). You just have to send us photos and we will send you a replacement. As we did not hear from you, we assumed that all went well and that you managed to smooth out the Skin perfectly.

We're sorry to hear that all is still not well. I've approve your order for a reship and we'll send a new ACU Camo Dell XPS 15 9560 Skin to you. The replacement order is in the production queue and will ship in the next 1 to 2 business days when production is complete (estimated Monday). Thank you for the review and for shopping at iStyles again. We're happy to hear that you like the Skins and came back for a repeat purchase.

There can indeed be a slight smell from the Skin when it's first removed from the envelope because these are freshly made at the production facility and packed straight after production. The smell, if any, goes away fairly quickly (within hours). It's not possible that the Skin is still off-gassing a year after. I guess that vinyl may have a smell up close if you are sensitive to it, but I just sniffed a couple of old Skins and could not detect anything.

Thank you for the suggestion regarding the tablet front Skin but we've not found any tool that will make the application of the front tablet frame Skin easier than it currently is. Applying the Skin is just a matter of aligning and pasting. Start by aligning the important elements such as the the camera/sensor holes and buttons first, then align the rest. Our Skins come with a special adhesive that allows for repositioning during the application process. If you are not happy with the alignment, just gently peel off and realign. Press down all around on the Skin only after you're happy with the alignment.

Everything went smoothly, the shipping was quick enough. The ordered product arrived at the designated time. It was a bit hard to put the skin on the controller at first, but after a few tries, I managed to apply it. I am very satisfied.
