iStyles/5I am extremely disappointed in the skin set I purchased. TO start I ordered the dji air 2s kit which comes with three battery skins as well as a extra skin for the battery which should of given me four battery skins but I only got three in total. Second I was very disappointed in the brightness of the colors. I ordered the skins to make it easier to see my drone as it was flown. But these skins are not vivid, they are very flat and ugly. We're sorry to hear that you did not like the Solid State Lime DJI Air 2S Skin. This Skin set comes with 3 battery Skins and as you purchased an additional battery Skin, there should indeed be 4 in total in your package. Three of the battery Skins (2 from the set and 1 from the extra) are available in separate Skin sheets and the 4th battery Skin is in the middle of the main drone Skin sheet with the other Skin pieces for the top of the drone; many people miss this!
This Skin set is a printed set with a "solid state lime" print. The lime color will improve the visibility of the drone in flight and is much more effective than the standard grey color of the drone surface. Many customers love it. However, as it's a printed color, there is a limit to how "bright" it can become and it will not be as vibrant as fluorescent materials. We no longer have fluorescent Skins but perhaps, another color, such as yellow, may be more to your liking.

We're sorry to hear that you did not like the Black Woodgrain Microsoft Surface Laptop Studio i5 Skin.
This Skin set covers the top outer lid and area around the keyboard as shown in the product photo. The sides and bottom of the laptop are not covered. It is important not to cover the bottom of this laptop as this is where heat is dissipated during operation. If the bottom area is covered, the laptop will not be able to "breath" as well, resulting in higher operating temperatures that can cause reduced performance and shorten electronics lifespan. We recommend using the Skin for styling and scratch protection - when you need to transport the laptop, put it in a padded sleeve (matching designs available) or bag. The bottom of the laptop does not require a Skin as it's usually facing a surface (eg, on a table), it does not come into direct contact with this surface (will not get scratched) because of the rubber feet on the bottom and people rarely see this surface as it's either on the table or packed in a bag.
Though we've not seen this issue ourselves, we had one other customer who had issues with the screen not staying completely flat in tablet mode and we're guessing that this may be due to the tight tolerance in the build of the lids of some Microsoft Surface Laptop Studio i5 units. We do have a statement on our product page stating that this can happen. Our Skins are ultra thin because of the premium cast vinyl used but such lids are so tight that adding even a thin layer in between prevents the mechanism from folding flat. The only solution for such lids is to remove one or both outer lid Skins.
Our printers print at high resolutions but the perceived "quality" of the image very much depends on the artwork itself. In this case, the Black Woodgrain design simulates the look of the wood grain. It looks great and is a very popular design. However, we do understand that if you're examining it up close, the design may not appear as brilliant as some of the others in our collection. Black Woodgrain is supposed to be understated and simulate the look of wood, even if it's not real wood.
We're sorry that this did not work out.
Update: The bottom half of the lid Skin is now cut slightly shorter so that tablet mode will work better on Surface Studio lids that are tighter.

iStyles/5I have no issues with the product itself (drone skin), the quality it just fine and is as expected. The reason why I never will order something again is the high postage and, due to new regulations, extra import duties. All these surcharges together are higher then the price of the product itself. Our products are made in the USA and ship freshly made directly from the production facility. We do not believe that there's anything similar or at the same quality level in the EU.
Import customs charge is effectively "VAT" and is already factored into the pricing of any other product that you purchase within the Netherlands. Products that are sold on our web store do not include this charge - we only bill for the cost of the product and the shipping cost. We bill shipping at its cost price. VAT is for the "consumption of goods and services within a country" and is levied by the customs office of some countries when the package is imported.
Tip: It may be possible for the charge to be much less if paid for online. For example in France, if the import charge is paid online before the package arrives, the total charge can be as low as 3 euros, but if the fee for the same package is paid only when the postman delivers the package, the cost jumps to 10+ euros because of the additional administrative fee added for manual collection.

I was so happy to experience that I was still able to order the WiseFox (custom design) hybrid case for my new iPhone 13 Mini. I have ordered the same design for the 5th time as it has to match my sleeve for my iPad. Silly me, however, for once I considered another design, but ….. And, in addition, I am so confident that it will still save my iPhone when I drop it on concrete. I have done that - the hybrid case was damaged but nothing happend to my iPhone - but on other occasions the hybrid case didn’t broke.
I would also like to thank the employees for the quick service for producing and sending my item.

The back Skin of the Microsoft Duo Skin sets comes in two pieces for better compatibility with the the bumper case; the bumper case comes with the phone and it is important that the Skin is compatible with this accessory.
If you're not using the bumper case, you can use the included 2nd piece for a complete look on the back; just align and paste both back Skins directly next to each other with no separation between the pieces. If applied precisely, the "line" will not be visible unless you look for it.
