    The Free matching wallpaper was extremely difficult to get with the code provided. After many attempts, I found a way to get it. The site where you use the code did not forward me to get the free wallpaper to download, even though I had all of the correct information on it that it asked for. Frustrating! I went back to google and tried different sites recorded as "getmywallpaper" and finally got through. Took 20 minutes! My Samsung Stratosphere now has the download...and I love it!

    We're sorry to hear that you had problems downloading the wallpaper. The URL printed on the wallpaper download instructions is www.getmywallpaper.com and the wallpaper will be sent via an email attachment after you enter your email address and code. Did you check your spam and bulk folders? These mails are often filtered incorrectly by over enthusiastic spam filters because of the attachment.

    You could have sent us an email too - we would have sent the wallpaper to you in an instant!

    This product was good. It stayed on for the most part, but if you don't want the adhesive on the skin to take off the white paint that says "ipod," then you shouldn't get it. This happened within the first two days when I realized that the skin was on crooked. Lo and behold, the white paint on the back of the ipod had the criss-cross marks left behind where the paint should have been. Just make sure to cover that up with another skin, and it'll be fine.

    We're sorry to hear about what happened to the iPod paint on the back of your 2nd Gen shuffle but the paint appears to stay on fine for our other customers and in our tests.

    The adhesive was designed to be removable and should not be strong enough to remove paint. The hex markings you see are part of the design of the adhesive that allows for removability and for trapped air to be pressed out easily. The Skins are of course adhesive based product where chemicals are involved, likewise for the paint, and when chemicals are put together, a chemical reaction may occur. Such a reaction can be further aggreviated when mixed with other solvents, such as perspiration or oil residues leftover on the device prior to the application.

    The quality of the paint used by the device manufacturer plays the most important role because any contaminant will result in a paint that will not 'stick' as much as it should - it will probably wear out quickly from daily use as well.

    As we've not had any other report or incident from any other customer, we can only assume that there was a problem with the paint used for your iPod shuffle or the problem was due to a variable (eg. 3rd party solvent).

    Quick ship, awesome looking skin. HOWEVER, the dots on the front layer, are impossible to remove so your light and proximity sensors aren't blocked. Trying to remove them caused the corners to turn up, so now it doesn't lie smooth and flat. Not sure if I will purchase another one. I can't deal with using miniscule razors to remove something that shouldn't be there in the first place. Ugh.

    We're glad that you like the design. There should not be any need to cut the Skin with a razor.

    The cutters may not always cut all the way through for circular cuts due to the expansion and contraction of the material during the process (heat) but this only affects the circular cuts and should not pose any problems whatsoever as the leftovers are very minute (<1/2mm), if any at all.

    If there is a small uncut residue on any circular cut, just pull it straight out, with fingers holding both ends of the cutting to ensure that the rest of the Skin does not stretch. If it's ripped off too quickly or at the wrong angle, the force may spoil the Skin as you've experienced, but if it's done carefully, there will be no problems whatsoever.

    We will be sending you another Skin to see if it works better for you.

    On the internet this skin looks like it has yellow, orange, white, and pink colors on it. In actuality, the pink is red. Then when I downloaded the backgroud, its hot pink; the background doesnt match the skin. I was not to excited about that.

    The service was great (my last minute change of order was handled quickly, pleasantly and professionally).

    However I felt that the products were difficult to apply, looked cheap and in particular products for rounded/curved edge phones should not be sold. Why? Because you are trying to put a flat piece of sticky paper on a curved surface. It has to be a moulded sheet for it to have a really good application otherwise the result is a cheap plastic add on effect that is far from perfect. The guys at Stealth Armour have done a great job but again they can get away with it as the products are only for iphone which have an absolutely flat surface.

    Thank you for the feedback. We're glad that you liked the service but sorry to hear that you had problems with the application and did not like the final "effect".

    The application on a curved surface like that on the back of your HTC One will be a little more tricky compared to a simple flat rectangular surface but the Skin will bend around such curved surfaces easily as the material is flexible - it does not have to be moulded. The weaved adhesive underneath allows for easy repositioning during the application process such that you can re-apply the Skin until you're satisfied with the alignment, which is useful when applying a Skin on such curved surfaces.

    You have both Gloss and Matte Skins but neither will match the feel and "effect" of the aluminium on the back of your HTC One, simply because the Skins are not made of metal. You'll need a "metal" Skin if you want to achieve a similar effect but such materials will degrade the transmission capability (signal strength) of the device. On the plus side, these Skins will not hinder the functionality of the device, will protect your device from basic "everyday life" scratches and will style the device with the design selected.

    It looked a lot more red in the picture, but when it arrived, I was very disappointed that it looked black. If you put it under direct like it almost looks like it does in the photo, and it isn't worth it to send it back to Singapore.

    The review is more about the website and the ordering process since it appears that the two skins I ordered won't be here for a while. First thing is paying a bit extra for tracking information (not the money here but the point). After checking both says after getting the tracking information, I sent a note to the company and was told that they don't post for two days after the order is placed. Might just be me but shouldn't that be on the website somewhere? I was also told that my order will be delivered soemwhere between 'one week and three weeks'. Huh? I paird more for shipping than I did for product so am not sure about 1.) why so long and 2.) why its so hard to tell when the thing will be delivered.

    Thank you for your comments David. As we have responded to you via e-mail, the Singapore postal company takes 2 days to post tracking information into their database. We have no control over how soon the post office updates their database

    As for the delivery times, from experience, shipment to various states in the USA can be as quick as one week, but it can also take as long as 3 weeks. We thus tell our customers that the average delivery time is 2 weeks. We ship orders and providing tracking numbers asap (usually within a day), but we hope you understand that the postal system, airlines, and delivery schedules of the various countries are beyond our control.

    Based on the feedback from you and a few other customers, we have improved the display of our shipping information and have also added expedited delivery shipping options for customers who want their goods more quickly.
