Update: Hey. Just wanted to say that your product is incredible. I was fully expecting it all to peel off after a week or so but it just looks stronger and brighter than ever despite being shoved in my handbag and also used as a coaster for my tea in the morning. Cant praise your product enough. Please feel free to share this on your website. People should know when they dont have to buy another Smart Keyboard folio for £179 but can just revamp the skin for around £30. 👍👍👍

We're sorry to hear about the 10 euros fee charged by La Poste and the customs office. This fee was inflated because it was collected by the postman when he delivered the package. If you make payment for such imports online before your postman delivers the package, your fee will be significantly less (about 3 euros).
Products that are sold on our web store do not include EU VAT; we only bill for the cost of the product and the shipping cost. VAT is for the "consumption of goods and services within a country" and is levied by the customs office of the country when the package is imported.
The VAT for your order is about one euro, and if you pay online, La Poste adds a 2 euros "administrative" fee, making the total charge 3 euros. If you pay the postman only at the time of delivery, they add a lot more administrative fee and you end up with a 8 to 10 euro charge.
When importing a package, it is important to check at https://www.laposte.fr/outils/suivre-vos-envois to see when the French customs has processed the package, then complete payment for the charge at https://www.laposte.fr/frais-droits-douane before they deliver the package so as to avoid their inflated administrative charges.

iStyles/5I purchased a white marble skin for my gen 1 Amazon Echo. It came a day early and has great quality. It looks like real carved marble and the added gloss makes it look nice and clean. However, the bottom strip of the skin is a little too long, hindering me from giving 5 stars. I had to fold it slightly to fit the light and wires on the echo. We're sorry to hear that you had an issue with the bottom Skin piece. Every Skin piece should fit as they're precision cut and the layout was extensively tested but we're guessing that you might have accidentally stretched this piece when applying it. The Skins are made of high quality cast vinyl that is flexible enough to wrap around many surfaces and is less prone to shrinkage, but the material can stretch if pulled too hard. This piece is rather long and if it was stretched by just a little as it was wrapped around, it may result in the Skin being slightly too long as you've experienced.
The "fix", rather than a fold, is to cut the end of this piece slightly. Skins can be cut using a penknife or scissors. If you gently peel off the edge that's too long and cut it off, it'll look much cleaner.

Applying was way easier than I thought it would be. The sticker is rather forgiving, meaning you can really rub out any creases or peeling with no problem. Only issue I have is that the bottom left piece is not cut perfectly so I had the make due so the lines were even to match the right side of the mouse.
Edit: I was told these stickers be taken off and reapplied multiple times without any loss of stickiness and dang are they right!iStyles responded:

We're sorry to hear though that you had an issue with the bottom left piece; this piece should fit as shown on the product images (click on the additional photos below the main product image) but applying this piece may be a little more tricky because of the complexity of the surface covered. If positioned properly, the piece will look like that shown on the product photos.
I'm assuming that you've managed to position this piece properly but if you want to realign it, just gently peel the piece off and it can be repositioned.
