I received a courtesy email when the order was placed, the product was shipped, delivered, and post delivery to ensure I was pleased with the purchase or if I had any questions - Excellent customer service.
The product came with clear, user friendly instructions and took me all of 5 minutes to apply to my MacBook Air (13 inch, M1, 2020).

they canceled my order without any reason.
I asked for the delivery time and not being able to deliver, they simply canceled the order.

You placed your order on 22 Dec (Friday) and wrote to us on 24 Dec (Sunday, Christmas eve) asking whether it was possible to cancel the order as you did not want to wait up to 3 weeks for delivery. We replied within an hour, explained that while deliveries from USA to France can happen quickly in just 1+ week, it usually takes between 1 to 3 weeks, which was why we quoted the turnaround time as such. It can also potentially take longer if there is a delay - delays can happen, especially so at this time of the year because of the holidays and the volume of mail in the postal networks. You replied stating you would like to continue anyway. However, as you started that email with how disappointed you were, we misread it and assumed that you wanted to cancel, so we cancelled your order and processed a full refund by mistake, which was really too bad for us!
We're heartened to see in your email to us today that you are still keen in placing a new order despite your experience and we understand that you're worried about "waiting for the process" again. If you put through an order now, the package will ship in the next 1 to 2 days. This time is required to make the order. After which, the international postal mail turnaround time still applies. We cannot make the postal mail delivery magically happen more quickly, even though we wish we could.
If you are still keen, please put through the new order as soon as you can. It'll be processed asap, and after which, we have our fingers crossed for you with the hope that the package gets to you quickly.

It has an awesome finish on it and was a real easy install, I've applied decals before so my your personal experience may differ slightly, but its easy to adjust if any imperfections come up. I personally did not use the buttons stickers because I know they'll get a lot of use and I want the focus to be on the good looking decal and not the wear of my excessive use.J. I love how the design I did has brightened up the look of the drone & I'm surprised how well it turned out to be honest. It seems to be very good quality vinyl & with the bright colours, it is certainly a lot easier to see during flight.
As the instructions say, take your time & allow a couple of hours or more. I would suggest starting at the top of the aircraft and fitting the larger pieces first - take your time.
Also anticipate having to find a happy median to match up the smaller pieces as some of the decals are not an absolute exact fit - plan ahead with your layout & did I mention to take your time?
All in all, a great product
