iStyles/5Really really fabulous quality and service!! I ordered a skin for my new laptop - double checked the dimensions of my model vs the models mentioned on the page as they were last year's but the size didn't change so went ahead with the order. This was for international delivery to the UK, and even with the shipping (that was like half the total price I paid) the price was really good in comparison to lots of options I could find for personalised skins in the UK itself, especially for the quality! The finish is so beautifully high-end looking, and it is very easy to attach and then remove any bubbles out of. Careful instructions are also provided. iStyles/5Item arrived bent, I did get it on but has a bumpy area! They ask for photos but when you look at a photo it does not show you how it feels! And looks in real life!! I strongly agree it is a good product and would protect! But when companies stall In a replacement, it just delays the RIGHT of what should be. True wasn’t company fault as was marked “do not bend” but still was bent and material stretched! But I was treated like I should accept that and use anyway! Thank you for your understanding that the damage to the package was caused by the postman, not us. It is amazing that he/she can still blatantly fold the envelope despite the cardboard packaging and very prominent "do not bend" sticker.
As per our email correspondence, we suggested applying the Skin as the Skin material itself is extremely resistant (and flexible), and any 'damage' on the Skin is just on the paper backing card and not on the Skin itself. Any ceases on the Skin can be easily smoothed out to perfection during application - the Skin is only properly damaged if it is cut or stretched.
If the Skin was badly damaged and this damage is still visible after application, we requested in our email correspondence that you send us photos. You do not have to return the damage product (as is the standard policy for any other company). You just have to send us photos and we will send you a replacement. As we did not hear from you, we assumed that all went well and that you managed to smooth out the Skin perfectly.
We're sorry to hear that all is still not well. I've approve your order for a reship and we'll send a new ACU Camo Dell XPS 15 9560 Skin to you. The replacement order is in the production queue and will ship in the next 1 to 2 business days when production is complete (estimated Monday). I ordered the Eclectic Wood skin for my Dell XPS13 9370 laptop. It is really gorgeous, and looks even better than the listed pics. The order shipped quickly and I recieved it before the estimated time. I'm very happy with it, and got a lot of compliments at work! Would definitely recommend iStyles.

iStyles/5Very Happy with my new skin for my Dell XPS15. The only detail that was overlooked was the cutout for the fingerprint reader. I had to use masking tape and a razor blade to cut it out. Even being careful and delicate I still managed to put a tiny scratch on on finger print reader. Fortunately the scratch is not very obvious and doesn’t impact functionality but my cutout doesn’t look like a precision cutout. Otherwise it goes on easily and looks great.M. Thank you for the review. The Coffee Break Dell XPS 15 9560 Skin does not indeed come with the fingerprint scanner cutout as this Skin set is for the model "without the fingerprint scanner".
Skins can however indeed be modified easily with a penknife. We'll however suggest measuring out precisely where to cut before making the cut on the Skin when the Skin is still on the backing card (before applying the Skin) but we're glad to hear that you managed to do it after the Skin application with your laptop relatively unharmed.

As for the skin; it was for my dell duo and fitted perfectly and the glossy finish looks great. If I had another duo I would get another. I will definitely use iStyles again.
