Why not a case?
It is important not to enclose a Laptop in a case because computing devices can become hot and they need to dissipate heat during operation.
If the Laptop is enclosed in a case, the device will not be able to "breath" as well, resulting in higher operating temperatures that can cause reduced performance and shorten electronics lifespan.
We recommend using a Skin for personalization and scratch protection - when you need to transport the Laptop, put it in a padded bag.

Quick ship without damage. Easy to apply to 17" scratched up laptop with 1/4" uncovered on both width edges. Decal is robust, clear, & detailed. Was easy to align and remove bubbles. I hope it holds up to justify the cost.

This was a fabulous first buy experience. The children love their chromebook skins! I ordered myself a custom laptop skin and phone case, as well. (Tip for custom designs, ensure the image dpi can accommodate enlargement to avoid blurring. Mine looks great!) The price is more than reasonable for these quality items. They were super-easy to apply and arrived within a week. I will be recommending iStyles to friends.)

I ordered a skin for my new laptop - double checked the dimensions of my model vs the models mentioned on the page as they were last year's but the size didn't change so went ahead with the order. This was for international delivery to the UK, and even with the shipping (that was like half the total price I paid) the price was really good in comparison to lots of options I could find for personalised skins in the UK itself, especially for the quality! The finish is so beautifully high-end looking, and it is very easy to attach and then remove any bubbles out of. Careful instructions are also provided.
