iStyles/5I purchased a white marble skin for my gen 1 Amazon Echo. It came a day early and has great quality. It looks like real carved marble and the added gloss makes it look nice and clean. However, the bottom strip of the skin is a little too long, hindering me from giving 5 stars. I had to fold it slightly to fit the light and wires on the echo. We're sorry to hear that you had an issue with the bottom Skin piece. Every Skin piece should fit as they're precision cut and the layout was extensively tested but we're guessing that you might have accidentally stretched this piece when applying it. The Skins are made of high quality cast vinyl that is flexible enough to wrap around many surfaces and is less prone to shrinkage, but the material can stretch if pulled too hard. This piece is rather long and if it was stretched by just a little as it was wrapped around, it may result in the Skin being slightly too long as you've experienced.
The "fix", rather than a fold, is to cut the end of this piece slightly. Skins can be cut using a penknife or scissors. If you gently peel off the edge that's too long and cut it off, it'll look much cleaner.

It feels "plastic" on the surface because the laminate applied over the artwork (for added protection) is plastic. The Beats Studio3 Wireless is made of plastic too.
Fans of certain branding may be used to the premium pricing associated with accessories, and a decently priced $10 "sticker" may appear unworthy of this $300 headset, but it's not really possible to make a more premium Skin. These Skins are made from high quality cast vinyl, premium 3M adhesive (that will not damage the surface), printed with UV resistant ink and protected with your choice of matte or gloss laminate. We can charge more if it makes anyone feel better. ;)
This Skin will not only style your headset, it'll also help protect the surfaces covered from scratches and other wear/tear of daily use.

Give the Skin a try, we think that you'll like it. The Skin can also be used with a "case" if you need more coverage. Just apply the Skin first, then put on a clear plastic or translucent silicone case over it and you'll be able to see the Skin design through the case. The case has to be purchased from elsewhere.
Alternatively, you can return the Skin to us for a refund if you do not plan to use it. We've sent you an email with information on how you can return the product.

They do not even come near to hiding the bezel on the Google Home Hub (not Max)
No matter how I place it especially as I need to match up the 3 little holes at top the white/grey bezel is visible on all sides inner and outer edges as the skin is far too narrow to cover it.
I had to remove it and reapply the Google factory temporary cover again as I will not fit the proper screen protectors I bought at the same time till I have a skin that fits and does what it was intended to do and that was to make the bezel appear black.iStyles responded:
These tiny spacing between the Skin edge and the edge of the surface is correct and as shown on the product image and additional product photos.
These tiny spacing are important to allow for easy application and to ensure the longevity of the Skin. If the Skin was cut without such a give, most people will not be able to apply it correctly and end up with overhanging Skin edges at some parts. In addition, Skin edges that stop precisely at the device edge tend to lift more easily over time and because dust/lint/hair magnets.
The Skin was not designed to completely hide the original color of your device - it is to be applied such that the spacing is the same at all edges. The Skin acts as and looks like a "frame" on this device.

This is my third haul with iStyles, and I am as pleased with round 3 as I was with my first. As one of those "Ooo shiny things!" people, having my tech looking shiny and pretty is a nice touch to stuff that is otherwise pretty boring.
The designs are always impressive, the quality always sharp and clear, the adhesive always strong and allows a degree of re-fixability. Correspondence is friendly and professional and I particularly like the returning customer discount! (Which will be seeing use)
For all you fellow perfectionists in particular, be warned that once in place it is fairly final...trying to remove and re-apply skins once secured down just ruins them, so make sure you're completely happy with positioning before going for the final push so to speak!
But once in place, these skins are a wonderful touch-up and their durability/longevity makes them well worth the patience of perfect application. I'm still using skins from my first run back around 2012 and they're still just like new! Fab stuff *thumbs up*

The webstore product images were generated from the same source files that go into the printers but these images may appear slightly different depending on the display they're viewed on. For example, colors are artificially rendered more vibrantly on Samsung Galaxy phones if the screen setting is set to AMOLED cinema/photo or Adaptive - images look nicer in such display settings but they are not in their original colors. We're glad that you like the Skins as they are.

This is a 2 piece wrap that goes around the bottle - this was designed as two pieces to allow for easier and more precise application. It is significantly more difficult to wrap a single long piece around the bottle straight.
The two pieces are to be applied such that the gap between the Skin pieces are equal. If one end has a larger gap than the other, try gently peeling off one of the pieces and reapplying it such that the gaps at both ends are the same.

Bought some wraps to personalize my AirPods. They arrived in a timely manner in a heavy cardboard envelope that ensured the sheets were not damaged in transit. Decal material quality is excellent.
My only complaint is the lack of detailed instruction on the best way to apply the wraps nor labeling on the sheet indicating which skin is for left and right. You need to look closely to ensure you put the correct decal on the earpieces. Do remove the tiny circles and oval cuts for the various openings out before trying to apply the decals. It does take some careful alignment to ensure all holes are clear.

We're sorry to hear that your Baseball Beats Solo 2 Wireless Skin was stretched during the Skin removal.
Our Skins are made of premium grade adhesive-backed cast vinyl, then sealed with a matte or gloss laminate for long-lasting protection. Cast vinyl is of notably higher quality and cost roughly 2.5 times as much as the usual calendared vinyl used elsewhere. Unlike calendared vinyl, cast vinyl does not discolour, is much less prone to shrinkage over time, much thinner, and can conform easily to just about any curve.
Cast vinyl is sturdy and will generally outlast the lifespan of the device but the material can stretch if pulled hard and this was probably what happened when you removed the Skin. We're not sure how you tore the Skin as that will require a fair amount of force - Skins have to be peeled off gently and then pasted on carefully. These are not exactly the rip off and slap on type. Care must be taken during the application process and the result will be well worth the effort.
We can make a replacement Baseball Beats Solo 2 Wireless Skin for you at no charge so that you can give it another go, and you just have to cover the shipping cost to get the new package to you. We've sent you an email regarding this replacement Skin.

They're in various places of the skin, so unpeeling the skin and reapplying it would not help. However this is probably my fault as I got excited when applying it. A Skin can be applied with no bubbles forming by pressing down from the centre out after positioning the Skin. There is no need to unpeel the Skin to remove these bubbles after application - the Skins come with a special weaved adhesive that allows for air to flow through, so you can literally press these bubbles out with your finger. Just use your finger and gently push the bubbles towards the edges.

As far as they style. I got TONS of compliments. Everyone asked if it was an iPod and where I got it. Of course I told them it was a skin. Plus it matches the interior of my car (blue) so I got kuddos on that too.
Definately a good skin if you don't know where to start, or if you're looking for something original but not too funky.
iStyles/5I got this skin thinking that it would look more like it did on the computer. The actual skin is great, but the pattern colors look a bit different. There isn't as much of a contrast between the blues, and unless you look closely, it looks more like it's just navy blue and white. Even the dark blue in the back is darker. It was easy to remove and reposition...and I had to do it a few times to get it lined up.
I purchased this for the iPod touch and the only things I didn't like were that the front skin was very thin on the sides, which is understandable since it is meant to go around the screen...but it was pretty hard to get it placed properly. It would have been nice if the skin could have had a clear screen cover built-in...and that it does not cover the sides of the iPod. I assume this is just because it is rounded and wouldn't be easy to smoothly cover.
I wish these fit my cell phone, I'd buy one in a minute!
