We're sorry to hear about what the postal service did to your package.
Can you send photos showing the damaged package and Skin to [email protected]? We will get a replacement AirPods Skin set sent out upon the verification of these photos.
/5I love the idea and even the quality was very nice. However it was kind of hard to see where the cut outs were to figure out how to put them on. Maybe I'm just not that smart lol but I wasn't able to use the skin for the ear bud part because I couldn't figure out how to get them on. I still love the skin on my case but some kind of instructions would be EXTREMELY helpful for people like me :)A. Sharon, United States, 4 April 2018iStyles responded:
The AirPods Skin pieces are positioned in the way that they should line up on the actual device but they can indeed be a little tricky to put on because there're several small pieces. We'll see how this presentation can be made clearer. Thank you for the feedback.
If you need a replacement for the Skin pieces that were damaged during the Skin application attempt, drop us an email and we can get one made for you - you only need to cover the shipping cost to get the new package to you.

/5AirPods wraps look greatA. Castonguay, Canada, 10 November 2017
Bought some wraps to personalize my AirPods. They arrived in a timely manner in a heavy cardboard envelope that ensured the sheets were not damaged in transit. Decal material quality is excellent.
My only complaint is the lack of detailed instruction on the best way to apply the wraps nor labeling on the sheet indicating which skin is for left and right. You need to look closely to ensure you put the correct decal on the earpieces. Do remove the tiny circles and oval cuts for the various openings out before trying to apply the decals. It does take some careful alignment to ensure all holes are clear.
/5Quickly and efficiently delivered to the UK. Stickers are tough and of good quality. Nicely covers up my airpods so I look a little less odd. I wish Apple made these in black!W. Wong, United Kingdom, 22 October 2017
