I had ordered a few skins for my nintendo 2ds and had mistakenly used the wrong shipping address; so I sent an email to correct my mistake and customer service was able to resolve all of my issues within a few hours. A couple of days later my package was at my doorstep. I would definitely recommend to friends and be a return customer.

We're sorry to hear that your bank levied a transaction charge on your account. Most customers do not incur such extra charges, especially so when a credit card is used for payment, but your bank may have specific restrictions on your Mastercard debit card and probably bills you a small transaction charge every time you use the card online.
How much did they charge you? We just sent you an email about this - let us know via an email reply and we'll cover this charge for you by refunding that amount on your payment.

Thank you for the review. The tablet Sleeves were designed to fit tablets in general and there will be a little give depending on the tablet. The large tablet Sleeve size that you have has an inner size of 8.75"(width) x 10.75"(height) - there is indeed a little more space inside with an iPad but the tablet fits, is protected in the Sleeve and the Sleeve design matches your iPad Air 2 Skin. We're glad that you find the Sleeve design pretty and hope that you'll eventually like the Sleeve more!
iStyles/5Pleased! Came in a large envelope with thick cardboard so it couldn't be creased or rolled. The skins were good, thick quality. I have had many compliments already. I read how to apply from the website, and it worked. The keyboard skin was a little trickier, but I peeled it back a little and no problem. I had bought my daughter a ps3 as part of her 16th birthday present but had wanted to make it more unique, i looked at many different skins but none were funky enough, that was until I found your good selves. Even though you were considerably further away (I am from England) than some of the other options I thought I would take the risk in getting the product in time and order anyway, which I did on the 17th of August, I was massively impressed when it arrived on the 26th, in plenty of time for her birthday on the 3rd of September. I have never used this kind of product before, so I started with applying the skin for the controller, it was so easy to do and looked amazing, this gave me the confidence to do the console straight away and that again went on first time and with no complications and looked equally amazing.S. The skin I ordered is absolutely gorgeous, and I had it custom made to fit my small laptop and it was nothing short of impressive. All for a good price as well. Fits as expected! Will order again from here when I need another and recommended to my friends!

I love my new skin and that there is a matter option available. My only wish was that they were shipped with cardboard in the envelope to keep it from bending. My mailman does not read the "do not bend" on the packaging so it was stuffed and bend into my mailbox. The good news is that with a little heat and time I was able to smooth the product out perfectly again which is a testament to thelp quality.iStyles responded:

The Skins are indeed rather resistant indeed and can stand up to a fair amount of abuse. Even if the envelope is folded, the Skin itself is generally unaffected and from experience, a cardboard packaging is not going to come in the way of a determined postman and his ability to stuff mail into any mailbox, whether the mail fits or not.
The larger Skins come in a cardboard envelope. The vast majority of packages do not get damaged in the mail but the postal services can yield surprising results - should a product get damaged badly in the mail (eg, Skin torn), we will replace the product at no charge.
We're glad that you managed to smooth the Skin out perfectly and that you like the product.

What I received in the mail is exactly what I expected when I ordered. The bonus to this is it was at a good price and it came very quickly. The email from iStyles said it would be 3 to 5 business days. It arrived in 2 business days. I cannot recommend this merchant high enough.
