I ordered an iPhone 4 skin as well as a Samsung laptop skin. The iPhone skin was perfect.

The Samsung laptop skin was no good.. The skin sent did not fit the model they said in the advert.

We're glad that the iPhone Skin worked well but we are sorry to hear that the W&B Fleur Samsung Chromebook Series 5 Skin did not fit your Laptop. As per our email correspondence, the Skin you purchased was for the "Samsung Series 5 12.1" (Released 2011) Chromebook" and it will not work with your "Samsung Series 5 14-inch 530U4B-A01 Ultrabook".

We sent you a link where you can get Skins specifically for your Ultrabook.

We have a return process in place for such purchase mistakes but returns have to be initiated within 30 days of the order date. Your order was placed in April, we are now in November and it is unfortunately no longer possible to raise the return request at the warehouse. We hope that the discount coupon we gave will help should you wish to get a replacement.

Huge variety of designs to choose from. Most importantly, the product was easy to apply and it Fits! All the cut-outs are precise. Even though our order was considered "custom" it arrived in about a week. Shipping charges are reasonable with package tracking included.

I recently purchased a "skin" for my new Samsung Galaxy S2 from iStyles. They're website is very easy to use with simple and straight forward instructions. When I received my order after only a few days (I live in Australia) I followed the detailed instructions provided to apply the "skin" - it went extremely well and my phone looks amazing now! The quality of the "skin" is excellent the the print/image on it very clear and precise. I would highly recommend their product and would purchase from them again (in fact several of my friends have made their own purchase from iStyles since seeing my newly improved phone!). Thanks iStyles, big high five from me!

We have ordered from iStyles on a number of occasions, and always found their product to be of good quality with attention to detail. Their skins for the iPhone 4 and 5 include strips for the edges of the phone. Considering the distance they have to send them, the orders are fulfilled quickly and reliably.

What really impressed me this time is that they sent a duplicate order spontaneously, because they were concerned that some of their print batches had been substandard.

Istyles permit me to custom my cell-phone as I wanted it to be. Moreover I was not expecting this quality : it is really easy to put on the phone-it takes me half an hour to obtain a perfect result. I enjoyed the wallpaper... my phone is now unic.

the website is well designed, maybe the explanations are not clear for some french guys. But i am very satisfied. The idea of Istyles is awesome
