There can indeed be a slight smell from the Skin when it's first removed from the envelope because these are freshly made at the production facility and packed straight after production. The smell, if any, goes away fairly quickly (within hours). It's not possible that the Skin is still off-gassing a year after. I guess that vinyl may have a smell up close if you are sensitive to it, but I just sniffed a couple of old Skins and could not detect anything.
Thank you for the suggestion regarding the tablet front Skin but we've not found any tool that will make the application of the front tablet frame Skin easier than it currently is. Applying the Skin is just a matter of aligning and pasting. Start by aligning the important elements such as the the camera/sensor holes and buttons first, then align the rest. Our Skins come with a special adhesive that allows for repositioning during the application process. If you are not happy with the alignment, just gently peel off and realign. Press down all around on the Skin only after you're happy with the alignment.

Please give the delivery more time. It is currently before the estimated delivery dates stated for the First-class shipment and there can be delays because of covid-19. As long as your delivery address address is correct, the package will get to you and will be delivered into your mailbox.

Does not fit the otterbox I was told to order and do separately, since you dont make either bumper case, or otterbox for my Note 8!iStyles responded:
We're sorry to hear that the Skin was not what you needed. The Hula Lulu Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Skin that you ordered is supposed to go directly onto the phone and will not fit an Otterbox case.
As per our email correspondence on 10 January before your order, you'll have to get the OtterBox Case Skin if you want one that fits on an Otterbox Commuter Galaxy Note 8 Case. Please note that this is will only fit the Commuter series, and not any other Otterbox series case.
I've sent you instructions on the return procedure and a discount coupon that you can use to get the replacement Skin should you wish to get one.

I love my new skin and that there is a matter option available. My only wish was that they were shipped with cardboard in the envelope to keep it from bending. My mailman does not read the "do not bend" on the packaging so it was stuffed and bend into my mailbox. The good news is that with a little heat and time I was able to smooth the product out perfectly again which is a testament to thelp quality.iStyles responded:

The Skins are indeed rather resistant indeed and can stand up to a fair amount of abuse. Even if the envelope is folded, the Skin itself is generally unaffected and from experience, a cardboard packaging is not going to come in the way of a determined postman and his ability to stuff mail into any mailbox, whether the mail fits or not.
The larger Skins come in a cardboard envelope. The vast majority of packages do not get damaged in the mail but the postal services can yield surprising results - should a product get damaged badly in the mail (eg, Skin torn), we will replace the product at no charge.
We're glad that you managed to smooth the Skin out perfectly and that you like the product.

iStyles/5This product was pretty good makes my phone stand out from all the other white phones out there, sticks well to the phone and was pretty easy to apply. My only criticism is that the back sticker could be a little bigger to cover the back rim (although i suppose applying this would be difficult as it would result in creases) so an alternative would be to provide a cut out trim for the back edge - just an idea not sure how well would work. Extending the back Skin more to cover the "black rim" will indeed result in creases. The Skin was cut to cover as much of the surface as possible but will not go onto the sloping sides as excess Skin material will bulk up and result in creases. We're glad that you like the Skin nevertheless!

So overall my/our rating is AAAAA+++++ for the Samsung S3 mini skin (matte finish). Instructions were easy to follow if you take your time and do as it says. Just a bit of problems on the curved/round edges of the phone, but again, if you take your time and don't rush it, it all falls into it's place. Fitting of skin is impeccable. iStyles/5The Free matching wallpaper was extremely difficult to get with the code provided. After many attempts, I found a way to get it. The site where you use the code did not forward me to get the free wallpaper to download, even though I had all of the correct information on it that it asked for. Frustrating! I went back to google and tried different sites recorded as "getmywallpaper" and finally got through. Took 20 minutes! My Samsung Stratosphere now has the download...and I love it!J. Did you check your spam and bulk folders? These mails are often filtered incorrectly by over enthusiastic spam filters because of the attachment.
You could have sent us an email too - we would have sent the wallpaper to you in an instant!

Your second order 129559 was for the correct "Xperia X10 mini" Skin but if it did not fit, it means that you are not using a Xperia X10 mini, your device is some other variant, or the warehouse sent you the wrong Skin.
Was "Xperia X10 mini" printed on the new Skin? Was this Skin different from the original "Xperia X10" Skin that you received or are the two Skins identical?
Can you send us photos of your device, photos of the label in your phone that shows the model number and photos of both Skins? Photos can be sent to [email protected] . If this was caused by a mistake at the warehouse, we will get the proper Skin reshipped to you at no additional cost. If you have a different device, we can help you to determine the model of your device.
iStyles/5At first I wasn't sure of how it would work out with the curves and bumps on my phone, but it turned out nice. Very easy to apply and reapply multiple times (and doesn't even reduce the adhesiveness). Doesn't leave any smears on my phone at all. It's a little bit thicker than I thought it would be but it's made with high quality material. The edges a little bit short, I can feel the edges of it on my battery cover when I'm holding my phone. I'm expecting my phone would still have smooth feel on the edges. I also notice that it smells weird but only when I really sniff on it. With so many options to choose from, I'd like to get a few more in different designs. It's a little expensive just for a phone decal for my budget, but it's so cute and it came with free matching wallpaper too. This is the first one I have purchased for my Galaxy note and it doesn't fit right on the front bottom. The openings don't match the icons.
