Dear sirs

I The customer am not at all happy with the order of a sony ericsson skin which after 2 attempts was still wrong and didn't fit the phone I am not only out of pocket twice and have no phone skin Very poor result and I won't be ordering from Istyles again.

We're sorry to hear that the new Skin did not fit. Your first order 129194 was for a "Xperia X10" Skin but that did not fit your "Xperia X10 mini" as the "mini" is slightly different. Your second order 129559 was for the correct "Xperia X10 mini" Skin but if it did not fit, it means that you are not using a Xperia X10 mini, your device is some other variant, or the warehouse sent you the wrong Skin.

Was "Xperia X10 mini" printed on the new Skin? Was this Skin different from the original "Xperia X10" Skin that you received or are the two Skins identical?

Can you send us photos of your device, photos of the label in your phone that shows the model number and photos of both Skins? Photos can be sent to [email protected] . If this was caused by a mistake at the warehouse, we will get the proper Skin reshipped to you at no additional cost. If you have a different device, we can help you to determine the model of your device.

At first I wasn't sure of how it would work out with the curves and bumps on my phone, but it turned out nice. Very easy to apply and reapply multiple times (and doesn't even reduce the adhesiveness). Doesn't leave any smears on my phone at all. It's a little bit thicker than I thought it would be but it's made with high quality material. The edges a little bit short, I can feel the edges of it on my battery cover when I'm holding my phone. I'm expecting my phone would still have smooth feel on the edges. I also notice that it smells weird but only when I really sniff on it. With so many options to choose from, I'd like to get a few more in different designs. It's a little expensive just for a phone decal for my budget, but it's so cute and it came with free matching wallpaper too. After my husband saw my phone with the decal already on it now he's thinking about getting one from himself.

I have been a long time customer and love your products.

This is the first one I have purchased for my Galaxy note and it doesn't fit right on the front bottom. The openings don't match the icons.

* found out from istyles there are several different versions of the Galaxy Note and I purchased the wrong one. Love this company and their great customer service.

They offered a full refund but that doesn't seem right since it was my mistake and works for the most part. I've purchased several items from them and they have always been great. I have a 4 year old Macbook pro that's had a skin from day one and looks brand new thanks to the protection of the skin.

I love the skins. They are beautiful, easy to apply, and stay put even with use rough enough to peel an ordinary skin loose. The wallpaper to match is an added bonus, too. I have one on my phone, tablet and laptop.

I love my new iStyles skin! It was surprisingly easy to apply and it looks great! I've gotten a lot of compliments on it. Instructions were easy to follow. I used standard shipping and received my skins in about 5 days.
