Site was easy enough to use.
I was seeking skins for my drone(s) - the option I was seeking was to add my FAA registration# to my drone. I was told I could either design my own skin which includes the registration # (do not want to do) or just write it on an existing skin with marker. OK - I guess, but to get 5 stars from me, what I was seeking was the ability to take one of your existing skins and just add the number. Such an option should be doable!

Looks great, easy application. Would be 5 stars if the company did not use usps for shipping, they always take days longer than they say. Product is great, wish they used ups or FedEx for standard shipping

Priority mails usually take 3 to 5 business days for delivery but they took 6 for yours. Unfortunately, delays can indeed happen at times in postal mail because of various factors. We're glad that they got the package to you safely in the end and that you like the Skin set!

We do have a UPS Express ship option at checkout if you want a faster delivery method. UPS takes just 1 to 2 business days for delivery but they do cost.

The package arrived in good time, the skin was well detailed and the instructions were precise and clear. The only slight issue was the cutouts for the buttons, and USB ports were off ever so slightly from top to bottom, not enough to be a huge concern but a bit of a pain to get them to fit properly

Awesome but a tiny bit confusing

I got a livery for my dji mavic mini. All pieces looked fantastic and fit perfectly. The only complaint I have is that there were very few instructions and it took me awhile to find out where on the drone certain pieces were supposed to go.

Adds a nice look

Nice skins for the Tello drone. Easy enough to install. Would purchase again. I do think it would be helpful for a lot of people if there was a placement diagram. Took me a minute to realize that the mystery skins were for the end of the battery.

We're sorry to hear that your package took so long to arrive.

The Skins are made in the USA and ship directly from the production facility. A delivery to an international address usually happens within 1 to 3 weeks but Australia Post in particular is overwhelmed at this time of the year as they are taking a very long time to route packages to some of our Australian customers. Your package was shipped on 6 December and took about 3 1/2 weeks to arrive. The huge volume of mails in their network and the year end holidays resulted in the delay in routing.

We wish we can make these deliveries happen more quickly but they're dependent on the postal services. We're glad that the package arrived safely in the end and we hope you like the World of Soap DJI Phantom 3 Standard Skin.
